摘　　要：本文主要介绍了用测长机单球法校准标准环规的方法以及测量不确定度的评定,分析了测量结果不确定度的影响因素。为保障环规量值准确可靠提供一种技术手段,对安全生产和高质量制造具有一定指导意义。This paper mainly introduces the method of calibrating standard ring gauge by the measuring length machine of single ball method and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty,It analysis the factors influencing the uncertainty of the measurement results. It provides a technical means to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the ring gauge value,which has certain guiding significance for safe production and high quality manufacturing.
