摘 要:目的研究分析低剂量螺旋CT扫描诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月收治的150例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿为实验组,选择2013年1月~2015年1月收治的150例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿为对照组。两组患儿均采用螺旋CT扫描,实验组采用低剂量,对照组采用常规剂量。对比两组成像质量、诊断准确率及成像质量判断细则。结果实验组成像质量优良率、诊断准确率分别为94.7%、94.0%,与对照组的97.3%、96.7%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组成片分辨率达到及超过可诊断标准率、对比度达到及超过可诊断标准率、清晰度达到及超过可诊断标准率及严重伪影率分别为94.0%、93.3%、90.7%、5.3%,与对照组的96.7%、96.0%、94.7%、2.7%对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规剂量比较,低剂量螺旋CT扫描诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床价值同样较高,且能减少对患儿的辐射量,值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of low-dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods There were 150 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 selected as the experimental group,and 150 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted from January 2013 to January 2015 as the control group.The experimental group was scanned with low-dose spiral CT,and the control group was scanned with conventional dose spiral CT.The imaging quality,diagnostic accuracy and imaging quality judgment rules of the two groups were compared.Results The imaging quality and diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group were 94.7%and 94.0%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 97.3%and 96.7%of the control group(P>0.05).The film resolution meets and exceeds the diagnostic standard rate,the contrast meets and exceeds the diagnostic standard rate,the resolution meets and exceeds the diagnostic standard rate,and the rate of severe artifacts of the experimental group were 94.0%,93.3%,90.7%and 5.3%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 96.7%,96.0%,94.7%and 2.7%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic effect of low-dose spiral CT scanning is also good compared with conventional dose spiral CT,and it can reduce the radiation dose for children,which is worthy of promotion and application.
