摘　　要：目的评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法与中药方剂联合治疗跖疣的效果及对外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-调节性T细胞(Treg)的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月在河北省廊坊市人民医院就诊的跖疣患者200例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组100例。对照组使用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药方剂治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疣体评分、临床效果、治疗前后的外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-Treg变化及复发率。结果治疗后两组疣体数目、皮损面积、疣体挤压痛评分和总评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-Treg水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合中药方剂治疗跖疣具有更显著的临床效果,可有效降低CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-Treg水平,抑制疾病的复发。Objective To evaluate the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of plantar warts and its effect on peripheral blood CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-regulatory T cells(Treg).Methods A total of 200 patients with plantar warts admitted to the People’s Hospital of Langfang City,Hebei Province from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,and the treatment group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription on the basis of the control group.The wart body score before and after treatment,clinical effect,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-Treg changes in peripheral blood before and after treatment and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of warts,skin lesion area,score of squeeze pain in warts and total score of warts in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-Treg in peripheral blood of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a more significant clinical effect in the treatment of plantar warts,which can effectively reduce the level of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(dim)/-Treg and inhibit the recurrence of the
