疼痛治疗仪联合综合护理干预对晚期中重度癌痛患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛治疗仪联合综合护理干预对晚期中重度癌痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法将2019年5月—2020年5月于江西省肿瘤医院肿瘤综合内科收治的晚期中重度癌痛患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组在三阶梯止痛基础上实施常规护理,实验组在三阶梯止痛基础上给予疼痛治疗仪联合综合护理干预。比较两组干预前后疼痛评分、疼痛缓解度、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组疼痛评分均低于干预前,生活质量评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组疼痛评分、便秘发生率明显低于对照组,疼痛缓解有效率、生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期中重度癌痛患者采取疼痛治疗仪联合综合护理干预,可以更好地控制患者癌痛,改善患者生活质量,让晚期癌痛患者更有尊严的生存。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pain therapy instrument combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with advanced moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced moderate and severe cancer pain admitted to the Department of Comprehensive Oncology Medicine,Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was carried out routine nursing on the basis of three-step analgesia,and the experimental group was given pain therapy instrument combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of three-step analgesia.The pain score,pain relief degree,quality of life score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,pain scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of pain and the incidence of constipation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and pain relief efficiency quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pain therapy instrument and comprehensive nursing intervention for advanced moderate and severe cancer pain patients can better control the cancer pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,so that patients with advanced cancer pain live with more dignity.
