摘  要:本文介绍蔡连香教授治疗胚胎停育患者再次妊娠孕前-孕期-产后的诊疗经验。蔡连香教授对有胚胎停育史的患者再次受孕前,首先根据其体质因素给予中药辨证调理,同时尽量明确上次胚胎停育的原因,中西医结合,精准、快速将其体质调整到最佳状态,体现中医“治未病”的理念及优势,择期试孕;妊娠后补肾安胎防再次胚胎停育,保胎至上次胚胎停育发生孕2周后;产后促进胞宫复旧及乳汁分泌,形成了孕前调理-孕后安胎-产后促进胞宫复旧及乳汁分泌的“三步序贯法”,临床疗效满意。This paper introduces Professor Cai Lianxiang’s experience in the treatment of pre-pregnancy,pregnancy and postpartum in patients with embryo damage.Professor Cai Lianxiang gives traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and conditioning according to the physical factors of the patients with embryo discontinuation history before re-conception.At the same time,she tries to make clear the reason of the last embryo termination.By combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,she adjusts their physique to the best state accurately and quickly,reflecting the concept and advantages of“treating disease before disease”,trial pregnancy is carried out on selective basis.Prevention of reoccurrence of embryo damage after pregnancy by tonifying kidney and tranquilizing fetus,the fetus is protected until the last embryo stopped two weeks after pregnancy.Postpartum promote uterine involution and milk secretion.It has formed the“three step sequential method”of pre-pregnancy conditioning,after pregnancy miscarriage prevention,postpartum promoting postpartum uterine recovery and milk secretion.Clinical effect is satisfactory.
