摘 要:大型卷铁心变压器开始逐步在铁路系统中被推广应用,涡流场建模分析是卷铁心变压器的设计与优化过程中的基础,而现有叠铁心建模方法对于卷铁心适用性较差。对卷铁心变压器的涡流场建模进行了研究:首先针对于卷铁心的实际卷绕结构修正传统各向异性的等效电导率公式,提出适用于卷铁心变压器的三维涡流场建模方法;然后将铁心涡流损耗作为算例,用经典计算模型验证了卷铁心涡流场模型的有效性;最后应用所提模型计算铁路专用OD-R-32000/55卷铁心式自耦变压器的涡流损耗,并对比设备的现场实测值,验证了其实际工程中的适用性。结果表明:所建模型能够有效地计算出铁心涡流损耗,并且具有较好的现场适用性。Large wound core transformer has been gradually applied in the railway system.The modeling analysis of eddy current field is the basis of the design and optimization process of wound core transformer.However,the existing modeling method for the laminated core is not suitable for the wound core.Firstly,based on the appropriate modification of the original anisotropic equivalent conductivity formula with reference to the structure of the wound core,a new 3D eddy current field modeling method applicable to the wound core was proposed.Secondly,taking the calculation of the eddy current loss of the core as an example,the validity of the proposed model was verified by the classical eddy current loss formula while the eddy current field of the core was simulated and analyzed.At last,the eddy current loss of the OD-R-32000/55 wound core autotransformer was calculated and compared with the measured value to verify its engineering applicability.The results show that the proposed model can effectively calculate the eddy current loss of the wound core,and has good field applicability.
