“双创”背景下社会支持力量对大学生创业幸福感的作用机制

摘　　要：积极依托社会支持力量推进大学生创业,有助于为大学生创业活动提供必备的社会外界保障,从而切实提升大学生创业幸福感,使之更易收获成功。从制度层面、文化层面、物质层面、实践层面四个维度研究了社会支持力量对幸福感的作用机制,并结合当下大学生创业过程中存在的缺乏系统化的大学生创业政策支持、缺乏浓厚的鼓励大学生创业的社会文化氛围、缺乏必要的大学生创业物质支持及资金支持、缺乏多元化的大学生创业实践社会服务模式等问题,从加大大学生创业政策支持、强化社会文化宣传及引导、强化资金扶持力度、构建多元社会创业服务模式四个方面提出了具体建议,以期能够助力于大学生创业成功,使之收获创业的幸福感和愉悦感。Actively relying on social support forces to promote college students’entrepreneurship is helpful to provide necessary social protection for college students’entrepreneurial activities,thereby effectively enhancing college students’entrepreneurial well-being and making it easier to harvest entrepreneurial success.The mechanism of social support forces on college students’entrepreneurial well-being is explored from the four dimensions of system,culture,material,and practice.In view of the problems in the current college students’entrepreneurial process including the lack of systematic policy support for college students’entrepreneurship,the lack of a strong social and cultural atmosphere that encourages college students to start their own business,the lack of necessary material and financial support for college students’entrepreneurship,and the lack of diversified social service models for college students’entrepreneurship practice,specific suggestions are put forward from four aspects of increasing college students’entrepreneurial policy support,strengthening social and cultural publicity and guidance,strengthening financial support,and building a diversified social entrepreneurship service model,striving to fundamentally help college students to succeed in entrepreneurship,so that they can gain the happiness and joy of entrepreneurship.
