摘  要:制备了不同PO/EO质量比的壬基酚酚醛(NPF)、多乙烯多胺(MA)、双酚A酚醛(BPF)和双酚A酚胺(BPA)为起始剂的二嵌段聚醚。在50℃时,评价了合成系列聚醚的低温破乳性能。结果表明,随着EO含量的增加,聚醚的脱水速率先增加后减少,挂壁和界面情况逐渐得以改善。同系列聚醚均存在着破乳性能最佳的PO/EO比例,这说明当界面活性物质和破乳剂浓度一定时,最佳破乳剂的相对溶解参数(RSN值)应存在确定的数值。在4个系列聚醚中,BPF的脱水速率最快,NPF的脱水速率最慢。将合成聚醚与现场在用破乳剂HYP-110进行对比,发现合成聚醚的破乳性能更好。对BPA9915、BPF9920、NPF9915和MA9920聚醚的动态油水界面扩张黏弹性进行了研究。结果表明,合成聚醚对动态油水界面弹性的影响规律与其宏观破乳性能相关。聚醚分子引起了油水界面膜强度的降低,降低了乳状液的稳定性。Bisphenol A phenol amine resin diblock polyether(BPA),bisphenol A phenol aldehyde resin diblock polyether(BPF),polyethylene polyamine diblock polyether(MA),and nonylphenol phenol aldehyde resin diblock polyether(NPF)with different PO/EO mass ratios have been synthesized.At 50℃,the demulsification properties of these polyethers have been evaluated,respectively.Results show that the dehydration rate of these polyethers first increase and then decrease with the increase of EO content,while the interfacial situation has been improved.The dehydration rate of these polyethers reaches a maximal value at a specific PO/EO mass ratio.When the interfacial active substances and the demulsifier concentration are constant,the excellent demulsifier has a specific relative solubility number(RSN value).Among these four kinds of polyethers,the dehydration rate of BPF is highest,while the dehydration rate of NPF is lowest.Compared with HYP-110 already used in the offshore platform,the synthetic demulsifiers possess better demulsification properties.Finally,the oil-water interfacial dilational elasticity of BPA9915,BPF9920,NPF9915,and MA9920 have been examined.Results show that these polyethers’effects on the oil-water interfacial dilational elasticity are related to the demulsification properties of these polyethers.Polyethers decrease the interfacial strength,which causes the low stability of the emulsion.
