摘  要:为准确测定硫酸样品中微量硒含量,建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定硫酸样品中微量硒含量的方法。样品经HCl消解后用氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定,外标法定量。方法在0.03~100.0μg/L范围内线性回归方程为IF=106.971×C-32.542,线性相关系数R^(2)=0.9995。方法最小检出限为0.01μg/L,方法加标回收率为94.0%~108.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.0%。采用该法对20份浓硫酸委托样品中微量硒进行测定,结果硫酸样品中硒含量为0.332~2.576 mg/kg。方法操作简便、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、检出限低,适用于硫产品中微量硒含量的测定。In order to accurately determine the content of Trace Selenium in sulfuric acid samples,a method for the determination of Trace Selenium in sulfuric acid samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)was established.The samples were digested with HCl and determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.Results in the range of 0.03100.0μg/L,the linear regression equation was IF=106.971×C-32.542,and the linear correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9995.The minimum detection limit was 0.01μg/L.The recoveries were 94.0%108.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.0%.The method was applied to the determination of Trace Selenium in 20 entrusted samples of concentrated sulfuric acid.The results showed that the content of selenium in sulfuric acid samples ranged from 0.332 mg/kg to 2.576 mg/kg.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,wide linear range and low detection limit.It is suitable for the determination of Trace Selenium in sulfur products.
