摘　　要：双筒缠绕式提升机在日常维护、使用期间需经常调绳,更换新绳后,调绳次数更为频繁,调绳期间面临着“对齿”难、调绳用时长、安全隐患多等种种困难。本文着重介绍了一种精准调绳“对齿”装置,使用主电机转子变频载矩振荡和精准调绳的控制过程,解决了提升机调绳期间存在的难题。Double drum winding hoist needs to adjust rope frequently during daily maintenance and use.After replacing new rope,the number of times of adjusting rope is more frequent.During the rope adjustment,it is faced with many difficulties,such as the difficulty of"tooth alignment",the long time of rope adjustment,and many potential safety hazards.This paper mainly introduces a kind of precision rope adjusting device,which uses the main motor rotor frequency conversion torque oscillation and the control process of precision rope adjusting,and solves the difficult problems existing in the hoist rope adjusting period.
