浅谈除险加固工程金属结构改造的若干问题与设计

摘　　要：近年来,随着对大坝安全鉴定的重视,在20世纪60年代~80年代甚至更早,投入运行的水利枢纽都或多或少需要进行除险加固,除险加固工程中对于水工金属结构的改造也是重中之重,钢闸门、启闭机、压力钢管等金属结构的改造直接会影响到枢纽的发电、泄洪、输配水及灌溉等经济效益和社会效益。而各类金属结构改造工程既有共性又有其独特性,对于金属结构改造工程中遇到的问题加以总结,阐明新的设计理念,探讨其必要性,是非常有意义的。In recent years,with the emphasis on dam safety appraisal,in the 1960s to 1980s and even earlier,the water conservancy projects put into operation required more or less risk removal and reinforcement.Structural transformation is also a top priority.The transformation of metal structures such as steel gates,hoists,penstocks,etc.will directly affect the economic and social benefits of the hub’s power generation,flood discharge,water distribution,and irrigation.All kinds of metal structure renovation projects have both common and unique characteristics.It is very meaningful to summarize the problems encountered in metal structure renovation projects,clarify new design concepts,and discuss their necessity.
