中部六省区域技术创新系统运行绩效测评研究

摘　　要：构建基于“环境-过程-结果”的区域技术创新系统运行绩效测度框架及评价指标体系,并提出一种改进的模糊积分综合评价法。运用该方法对中部六省创新系统绩效进行实证分析,得出相关省份在技术创新过程中存在的问题。研究结果可为地方政府改善科技创新政策、提升中部六省技术创新能力和绩效提供参考。A performance measurement framework and evaluation index system based on“environment-process-outcome”about regional technology innovation system was established,and a improved fuzzy integral evaluation method was put forward.Further,a empirical analysis was conducted for evaluating technology innovation system performance of the six provinces in central China.Some problems of relevant provinces were revealed in technology innovation process.The research results will provide some reference for regional governments to improve science and technology innovation policy in order to enhance innovation capability and performance in the six provinces of central China.
