摘 要:面对灾难发生后,不同区域的情况存在差异,综合考虑需求点的优先级和集散点的反应能力,以系统总成本最低构建了一个两阶段定位-路径问题模型。首先,根据需求点的需求紧迫度确定优先级,通过集散点的综合能力衡量集散点的反应能力。其次,在人工蜂群算法中结合遗传算法的交叉变异以及嵌入大规模领域搜索操作,改进邻域解的产生过程。最后,运用汶川地震数据对模型进行解析,证明模型能在考虑区域差异性的情况下有效解决灾难发生后的定位路径问题,实现物资的较合理配送。After the disaster,the situation in different regions is different.Considering the priority of demand points and the response ability of distribution centers,a two-stage location-routing problem model is constructed with the lowest total system cost.First of all,the priority is determined by the demand urgency of the demand point,and the response ability of the distribution point is measured by the comprehensive ability of the distribution point.Secondly,the crossover mutation of genetic algorithm and embedding large-scale domain search operation in artificial bee colony algorithm is combineal to improve the generation process of neighborhood solution.Finally,the model is analyzed by using the"Wenchuan earthquake"data,which proves that the model can effectively solve the problem of location path after disaster and realize the reasonable distribution of materials under the condition of considering regional differences.
