摘 要:“互联网+”环境给文创产业带来了巨大的挑战和变革,依托科技服务为文创产业的全生命周期赋能,将对文创产业发展产生积极影响。从文创产业科技服务的发展现状和面临的问题出发,采用文献分析和访谈法开展调查研究,分析工业设计、文化衍生品设计、建筑设计、旅游等典型领域的参与主体需求,得出“互联网+”环境下文创产业科技服务平台的商业模式画布模型,并针对文创产业的资金匮乏、资源配置能力有限、创作效率低等问题,提出建议,以促进文创产业发展。The"Internet+"environment has brought huge challenges and changes to the cultural and creative industry.Relying on technological services to empower the entire life cycle of the cultural and creative industry will have positive impact on the development of the cultural and creative industry.Starting from the current development status and problems faced by the cultural and creative industry technology services,uses literature analysis and interview methods to carry out investigations and studies,analyzes the needs of participants in typical fields such as industrial design,cultural derivative design,architectural design,and tourism,and draws the“Internet+”environment creates a business model canvas model for the industry technology service platform,and proposes suggestions to promote the development of the cultural and creative industry in response to the lack of funds,limited resource allocation capabilities,and low creative efficiency in the cultural and creative industry.
