摘 要:为了满足建筑功能需求并迎合建筑仿古造型,小型铁路旅客站房中间候车厅屋盖多结合造型采用大跨混凝土坡屋面。以新建银西高铁庆城站为例,采用PKPM、YJK两种软件进行模拟分析,并采用SAP2000作为对比,研究不同楼板单元假定对屋面大跨折梁、框架柱的受力影响,拟找出合理的分析方法;对比屋面挑檐板不同板厚对框架受力的影响,并对屋面板内应力进行分析。分析结果表明:内力分析采用程序缺省的楼板单元所得结果偏离实际,大跨框架梁跨中最大弯矩误差高达159%;采用弹性膜板单元能够较为真实地反映大跨坡屋面结构的受力并对配筋设计留有一定的安全储备;挑檐处屋面板可缓解折梁水平推力产生的不利效应,但增加挑檐板厚度对框架受力改善不明显;屋面板在坡屋面处、开洞处出现一定程度上的应力集中,但仍处于可控范围。In order to meet the functional requirements of the building and cater to the antique shape,a large-span concrete slope roof can be used above the middle waiting hall of the small railway passenger station building.Taking the Qingcheng Station of Yinxi High-speed Railway as an example,simulation analysis was carried out by using PKPM and YJK software,and using SAP2000 software as a comparison,in order to study the influence of different floor unit assumptions on the analysis results of long-span folded beam and frame-columns,and to find the most reasonable analysis method;The influence of the thickness of the overhanging eaves on the frame was also studied;Stress analysis of the roof slabs provides the basis for the structural design and guarantees the safety and economy of the project.The results show that internal force analysis using the default floor unit of the program deviates from reality,and the error of mid-span maximum bending moment of the large-span frame beam is as high as 159%;The analysis by using the elastic membrane plate unit can reflect the internal force of the long-span slope roof structure more realistically and allow a safety reserve for the reinforcement design;The eaves plate can alleviate the adverse effect of the horizontal thrust by the folded-beam,but increasing the thickness of the eaves plate does not improve the performance of the frame significantly.At the area of slope roof and the opening,there is a certain degree of stress concentration on the roof slab,but it is still in a controllable range,and the plate thickness and reinforcement design are reasonable.
