摘  要:搭建基于LabVIEW的轮胎动平衡检测系统,通过研华数据采集模块PCI-1712-AE采集振动信号,通过LabVIEW的Matlab Script程序节点联合Matlab对采集数据进行VMD滤波,并标定测控系统,最后解算车轮不平衡质量的大小与相位,采集数据以TDMS方式保存并对解算数据进行Excel报表生成。该检测系统检测可靠,具有成本低、检测精度高等优点。The tire dynamic balance detection system was built based on LabVIEW,and the vibration signal was collected by Advantech data acquisition module PCI-1712-AE.At the same time,through the Matlab script program node of LabVIEW,combined with Matlab,VMD filtering was carried out on the collected data,and the measurement and control system was calibrated.Finally,the size and phase of wheel unbalance mass were calculated,the collected data was saved by TDMS and the excel report was generated.The detection system has the advantages of reliable detection,low cost and high detection accuracy.
