摘 要:采用简化干涉模型,对内圈和衬垫间不同配合条件下的自润滑关节轴承承载能力进行推导。分析了各轴径载荷比下,间隙配合与过盈配合对自润滑关节轴承承受复合载荷时的接触区域和最大接触应力的影响。结果表明,各种轴径载荷比、配合条件下,轴承承载能力均遵从共同的规律:同轴径载荷比的一般情况下,相比于零间隙,承载能力均随着间隙值或过盈值的增大而减少。但是在整个过盈区间内,轴承的承载能力呈现先随过盈量的增大而增大,并达到峰值,然后下降的趋势。结果显示适当的过盈量和尽可能小的轴径载荷比可以提高自润滑关节轴承的承载能力。通过与ANSYS软件的有限元分析结果对比,验证了新模型下所获解的精度。In self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with PTFE liner,the load capacity with different assembled condition between the liner and the inner ring is derived by using a new simplified interference model.Under various ratio of axial load to radial load,the influence of interference fit and clearance fit on contact region and maximum contact stress is analyzed.It is shown that the load capacity with different load ratio and fit conditions obeys the same law:under the same ratio of axial load to radial load,load capacity decreases with larger gap or interference compared to the zero gap condition in general.However,with the increase of interference,load capacity increased previously,reaches the maximum,and then decreases during the entire interference value range.The result shows that proper interference fit and smallest possible ratio of axial load to radial load contributes to the load capacity of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings.Compared with solutions of finite element analysis using software ANSYS,the accuracy of the obtained solutions by the new model is validated.
