摘  要:天然酶是高度特异性的生物催化剂,可通过选择性催化特定反应而达到识别和检测的目的。然而,天然酶制备成本高、易失活,限制了其实际应用。纳米酶是一类具有类酶活性的纳米材料,可通过无机材料自身的催化活性实现模拟酶的仿生催化功能,具有价格低廉、性能稳定、应用范围广泛等优点。基于纳米酶的生物医学检测具有灵敏度高、特异性强、检出限低等特点,展现出良好的发展前景。本文总结了目前主流的纳米酶材料,介绍了其在生物医学检测领域的研究进展,并展望了纳米酶在生物医学检测领域的发展方向。As a kind of biocatalyst with high specificity,natural enzymes can be applied in recognition and detection by selective catalysis.However,the high cost and easy inactivation limit their practical applications.Nanozyme is a kind of nanomaterial which can mimic enzyme-like properties via the instinct ability,with many advantages such as low cost,stable performance and wide applications.The biomedical detection based on nanozymes with high sensitivity,excellent specificity and low limit of detection is promising.In this paper,several main types of nanozymes were summarized,followed by the introduction of their research progress in biomedical detection.The outlook of nanozymes in biomedical detection was also proposed at the end of this paper.
