摘　　要：“十四五”时期是我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,是体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的起步期。运用文献资料法、SWTO分析法等研究方法,对“十四五”时期陕西省体育产业高质量发展面临的机遇及现实挑战进行全面分析,对“十四五”时期陕西省体育产业高质量发展的路径进行探索。结合陕西省体育产业发展实际,提出以民生幸福为导向,以供给侧质量变革为主线,以运动项目为核心,以促进体育消费为着力点,以科技创新为动力,实现陕西省体育产业高质量发展,使陕西省体育产业形成与基本实现现代化相适应的发展新格局。During the 14th five-year plan period,China′s economy changed from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high-quality development,and it was the starting period for the sports industry to become a pillar industry of the national economy.By using the methods of literature and SWTO analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the opportunities and practical challenges faced by the high-quality development of sports industry in Shaanxi province during the 14th five-year period,and explores the path of high-quality development of sports industry in Shaanxi province during the 14th five-year period.Combined with the reality of the development of sports industry in Shaanxi province,this paper puts forward that we should take people′s livelihood and happiness as the orientation,supply-side quality reform as the main line,sports items as the core,the promotion of sports consumption as the focus,and scientific and technological innovation as the driving force to achieve high-quality development of the sports industry in Shaanxi province,so that the sports industry in Shaanxi province to form a new development pattern compatible with the basic realization of modernization.
