SWOT分析法在居家失能老人“互联网+护理服务”中的应用

摘　　要：目的全面分析和认知居家失能老人“互联网+护理服务”的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)和威胁(T),为管理者做出较正确的决策和规划,探索最佳的服务模式提出建议。方法采取目的抽样法,对某三级医院开展“互联网+护理服务”的12名医护人员及2名技术人员进行半结构访谈,使用内容分析法对资料进行分析、归纳,提炼主题。结果本研究中,居家失能老人“互联网+护理服务”的优势(S)可归纳为3个主题:企业体制灵活、员工服务意识强、医疗资源充足;劣势(W)可归纳为2个主题:服务对象利用度低、服务主体安全感缺乏;机遇(O)可归纳为2个主题:居家失能老人需求日益增多、未来发展之趋势;威胁(T)可归纳为1个主题:可借鉴的经验缺乏。结论结合国内外现状,积极整合医院内部资源,融合多学科医生线上咨询服务,建议进一步探索科学化、个性化服务的“互联网+多学科团队整合照护服务”。Objective To analyze the strength(S),weakness(W),opportunities(O)and threats(T)of Internet Plus nursing services for the disabled elderly in a three grade hospital,and comprehensively recognize the service mode.Methods Using the purposive sampling method,a semi-structured interview was conducted on 12 medical staff and 2 technicians who were related to Internet plus nursing service in a three grade hospital.Data were analyzed by content analysis.Results The strength of Internet plus nursing service for disabled elderly people can be summarized as 3 themes:flexible enterprise system,strong sense of overall service and adequate medical resources;the weakness can be summarized into 2 themes:the low utilization of service objects and the lack of security of service providers;and opportunity can be summarized as 2 themes:the increasing demand for disabled elderly at home,the development trend for future hospital;threat can be summarized into one theme:lack of experience in service mode.Conclusion Actively integrate the internal resources of the hospital,and integrate the online consultation service of multi-disciplinary doctors,it is suggested that we should combined with the current situation at home and abroad to further explore the Internet plus multi-disciplinary team integrated care service for scientific and personalized services.
