前瞻性中西医联合干预模式在口服阿片类药物相关性便秘预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨采用前瞻性医护联合干预模式对口服阿片类药物患者在发生便秘前给予前瞻性干预措施的效果。方法选用2019年6月—2020年3月首次服用阿片类药物的45例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组除常规护理外,成立医护干预小组,通过小组工作模式,医护联合,前瞻性给予预防便秘相关措施,对比第3天及第7天两组便秘的发生率及两组生活质量(采用PAC-QOL量表对两组患者生活质量进行评估)。结果通过研究发现观察组3 d便秘发生率为23.8%,对照组为54.2%;观察组7 d便秘发生率为47.6%,对照组为83.3%,观察组便秘发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过医护联合多科协作对癌痛患者口服阿片类药物进行前瞻性干预,能有效降低便秘发生率,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of prospective combined medical and nursing intervention on constipation in patients with oral opioids.Methods 45 patients who took opioids for the first time from June 2019 to March 2020were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing.Besides routine nursing,the observation group was given combined medical-nursing intervention.The incidence of constipation and quality of life in the third and seventh days of the two groups and the two groups were compared.Results Through the study,it was found that the rate of constipation in the observation group was 23.8%in three days and 54.2%in the control group.The rate of constipation in the observation group was 47.6%in seven days and 83.3%in the control group.The rate of constipation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective intervention through medical and nursing cooperationcan effectively reduce the incidence of constipation in the cancer patients using oral opioids.,and the quality of life is significantly improved.
