摘  要:以福州地铁4号线220 kV电缆隧道沉井施工为依托。在城市狭窄空间软弱富水地层中内施工沉井及水泥加固帷幕,详细描述沉井制作及下沉的施工过程。在水泥加固帷幕外放距离受限的情况下,对沉井井壁周圈地层取芯,探明沉井下沉空间内水泥结块情况,预判沉井下沉过程将出现卡桩情况。通过采用气动潜孔钻机预破碎+钢板桩切削的方法,对沉井下沉空间内的卡桩进行破碎处理,使沉井顺利下沉到设计标高。Based on the construction of 220kV cable tunnel caisson of Fuzhou Metro Line 4.The construction of open caisson and cement reinforcement curtain in the weak and water rich stratum in the narrow space of the city is described in detail.Under the condition of limited distance of cement reinforcement curtain,core is taken from the stratum around the caisson wall to find out the cement caking in the sinking space of the caisson and predict the pile sticking in the sinking process of the caisson.By using the method of pneumatic down the hole drill pre crushing and steel sheet pile cutting,the stuck pile in the sinking space of the caisson is broken,so that the caisson can sink to the design elevation smoothly.
