布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对老年慢阻肺患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者治疗中对患者肺功能的影响。方法68例老年慢阻肺患者,以抽签方式分为参照组和治疗组,每组34例。参照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者在参照组基础上采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标、生活质量及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC分别为(2.38±0.26)L、(49.33±3.95)L/min、(2.80±0.43)L、(74.00±3.98)%,均高于参照组的(1.70±0.41)L、(44.88±4.02)L/min、(2.33±0.51)L、(66.37±4.11)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者呼吸症状、疾病影响、日常活动评分均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于参照组的70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现咽喉不适、头晕、眼干等不良反应。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂在老年慢阻肺患者治疗中应用可明显改善肺功能,具有较高的临床价值,建议优先选择。Objective To discuss the effect of budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation on pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into reference group and treatment group according to lottery method,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation based on the reference group.The pulmonary function indicators and quality of life before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC of the treatment group were(2.38±0.26)L,(49.33±3.95)L/min,(2.80±0.43)L and(74.00±3.98)%,which were all higher than(1.70±0.41)L,(44.88±4.02)L/min,(2.33±0.51)L and(66.37±4.11)%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory symptoms,disease impact,daily activity score of the treatment group were all lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,which was higher than 70.59%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as throat discomfort,dizziness,and dry eyes in both groups.Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation can significantly improve pulmonary function in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It has practical value and is recommended as a priority.
