胰岛素联合百令胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察胰岛素联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果。方法90例早期糖尿病肾病患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组采用胰岛素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用百令胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗后肾功能指标、血糖指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组的尿素氮、血肌酐水平分别为(6.61±0.98)mmol/L、(100.10±22.56)μmol/L,低于对照组的(8.24±2.43)mmol/L、(125.89±28.84)μmol/L,肌酐清除率(71.61±13.67)ml/min高于对照组的(65.54±10.78)ml/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的空腹血糖水平为(5.01±0.71)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白水平为(6.36±0.85)%、餐后2 h血糖水平为(6.47±0.91)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(6.77±1.61)mmol/L、(7.81±1.09)%、(7.95±1.34)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现低血糖、头晕、恶心、腹泻等不良反应。结论胰岛素联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病可显著改善患者肾功能与血糖水平,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of insulin combined with Bailing capsule on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin,and the research group was treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.The renal function indexes,blood glucose indexes,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen(6.61±0.98)mmol/L and blood creatinine(100.10±22.56)μmol/L in the research group were lower than(8.24±2.43)mmol/L and(125.89±28.84)μmol/L of the control group,and the creatinine clearance rate(71.61±13.67)ml/min was higher than(65.54±10.78)ml/min of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(5.01±0.71)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(6.36±0.85)%,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(6.47±0.91)mmol/L of the research group,which were lower than(6.77±1.61)mmol/L,(7.81±1.09)%and(7.95±1.34)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia,dizziness,nausea,and diarrhea in both groups.Conclusion Combination of insulin and Bailing capsule shows significant clinical efficacy for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,and it can significantly improve the renal function and blood glucose.
