探讨钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究分析泌尿系结石应用钬激光治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法58例泌尿系结石患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组采用气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,研究组采用钬激光技术进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、基本临床指标以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的75.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术时间、结石排净时间及住院时间分别为(30.89±5.93)min、(10.11±6.65)d、(2.13±1.05)d,均短于对照组的(45.58±7.74)min、(13.82±7.19)d、(3.37±1.79)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为3.45%,低于对照组的27.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗泌尿系结石过程中合理应用钬激光技术能够有效提高临床疗效,缩短手术时间及结石排净时间,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性,有利于加快患者身体恢复,缩短住院时间。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and safety of holmium laser in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods A total of 58 patients with urinary calculi were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pneumatic lithotripsy,and the research group was treated with holmium laser.The therapeutic effect,basic clinical indicators and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 96.55%,which was higher than 75.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,stone clearance time and hospitalization time of the research group were(30.89±5.93)min,(10.11±6.65)d and(2.13±1.05)d,which were all shorter than(45.58±7.74)min,(13.82±7.19)d and(3.37±1.79)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the research group was 3.45%,which was lower than 27.59%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable application of holmium laser in the treatment of urinary calculi can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the operation time and stone clearance time,reduce the incidence of complications with higher safety.It is helpful to accelerate the recovery of patients and shorten the hospitalization time.
