摘  要:为有效解决电石渣的堆放处置问题,实现电石渣材料资源化利用,尝试将电石渣用于制备道路基层、底基层稳定土材料。针对电石渣稳定土脆性强、强度较低等问题,将分散的聚丙烯纤维掺入到电石渣稳定土中进行试验研究,分析了聚丙烯纤维含量对电石渣稳定土无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度及水稳性的影响。研究结果表明:聚丙烯纤维含量在0~0.15%范围内,随着纤维含量的增加,电石渣稳定土的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和水稳性均得到提升,确定了最佳纤维含量为0.12%,纤维的掺入对于延缓电石渣稳定土试件的受荷开裂效果明显。In order to effectively solve the problem of calcium carbide slag stacking and disposal to realize the resource utilization of calcium carbide slag materials,calcium carbide slag is used to prepare road base or subbase stabilized soil materials.In view of the problems of high brittleness and low strength of carbide slag stabilized soil,the dispersed polypropylene fiber is mixed into the carbide slag stabilized soil for experimental study,the influence of polypropylene fiber content on its unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and water stability are analyzed.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and water stability of the stabilized soil are improved with the increase of the fiber content in the stabilized soil when the polypropylene fiber content is in the range of 0%~0.15%.In addition,the optimal fiber content is determined to be 0.12%.The addition of fiber has a significant effect on delaying the cracking of the specimen under external load.
