摘　　要：融雪剂是道路常用的除冰雪方式,然而融雪剂对钢铁有一定的腐蚀作用,为了研究不同因素对融雪剂碳钢腐蚀的影响,试验分别研究了融雪剂溶液浓度、溶液配置方式、挂片旋转速度、不同水质和钢片对碳钢腐蚀率的影响。结果表明:在5%~15%浓度范围内,碳钢腐蚀率影响受融雪剂浓度影响较大,超过15%时,融雪剂浓度对碳钢腐蚀率影响较小,碳钢腐蚀率趋于稳定,且融雪剂浓度越大,碳钢腐蚀率越小;融雪剂中缓蚀剂的释放影响碳钢腐蚀率,不同试验方法对缓蚀剂的释放影响不同,机器高速搅拌对缓蚀剂释放更为有利;挂片旋转试验方法可以保证试片与溶液接触的均匀性,相较于静置试验,碳钢腐蚀率更高;碳钢腐蚀率的结果大小很大程度上取决于钢片的好坏,因此要严格控制钢片的质量。Snow-melting agent is a common way to remove snow and ice on the road,however,snow-melting agent has a certain corrosive effect on steel.In order to study the effect of different factors on thecorrosion of snow-melting agent carbon steel,experiments have been carried out to study the concentrationof snow-melting agent solution,solution configuration method,and rotation speed of hanging pieces,different water quality and steel sheet on the corrosion rate of carbon steel.The results show that in therange of 5%~15%concentration,the corrosion rate of carbon steel is greatly affected by the concentrationof snow melting agent.When it exceeds 15%,the concentration of snow melting agent has minor effect onthe corrosion rate of carbon steel,and the corrosion rate of carbon steel tends to be stable,and the greaterthe solubility of the snow melting agent,the lower the corrosion rate of carbon steel;the release of thecorrosion inhibitor in the snow melting agent affects the corrosion rate of the carbon steel,different testmethods have different effects on the release of the corrosion inhibitor,high speed mixing by machine ismore advantageous for release of inhibitor;the rotating test method of the hanging piece can ensure theuniformity of the contact between the test piece and the solution,compared with the standing test,thecorrosion rate of carbon steel is higher;and the result of the corrosion rate of carbon steel depends largelyon the quality of the steel sheet,therefore,the quality of the steel sheet must be strictly controlled.
