摘 要:为了探讨低纬高原生境下不同类型紫甘薯品种(系)对UV-B辐射增强的耐受性,以地上部全绿型品种滇紫甘薯54(DZS54)和全紫型品系1625为试材,以自然光为对照,设2个UV-B辐射增强处理[T1=3.6 kJ/(m2·d),T2=7.2 kJ/(m2·d)],测定其农艺性状和生物产量对UV-B辐射增强的响应。结果表明,UV-B辐射增强下2个紫甘薯品种(系)的叶面积和地下部产量均随辐射强度的增加而显著降低,且同一辐射强度下DZS54的降幅大于1625,节间长和主蔓长都小幅降低,但均与CK无显著差异,DZS54的叶片厚度随辐射强度的增加而小幅增加,但与CK无显著差异,1625的随辐射强度的增加而显著降低,DZS54的分枝数与CK无显著差异,1625的显著增加,DZS54的地上部产量小幅降低,1625的显著增加,累积胁迫响应指数综合评价表明,1625的耐辐射能力明显强于DZS54。综上所述,UV-B辐射增强下地上部颜色不同的2个紫甘薯品种(系)间存在种内差异,全紫型紫甘薯更适宜在高辐射环境下种植。To study the tolerance of two types of purple sweet potato cultivars(lines)to UV-B radiation enhancement in Yunnan low latitude plateau,purple sweet potato cultivar'Dianziganshu54'(DZS54)with the aerial part in green color and the cultivar 1625 with the aerial part in purple color were selected and treated with UV-B radiation at two levels(T1=3.6 kJ·m-2·d-1,T2=7.2 kJ·m-2·d-1),and with the natural light as control to determine the response of their agronomic traits and biological yield to the UV-B radiation enhancement.The results showed that under the UV-B radiation enhancement the leaf area and the tuber yield of the two cultivars(lines)were decreased significantly with the radiation intensity,with the decrease range greater in the DZS54 than in the 1625 under the same radiation intensity.The internode length and the main vine length of these two types of sweet potato decreased slightly under the UV-B radiation enhancement,but they were not significantly different from the control.The leaf thickness in the UV-B radiation enhancement treatments was not significantly different from that in the control,and increased slightly with the radiation in DZS54,but decreased significantly with the radiation in the 1625.The branch number of the DZS54 in the UV-B radiation enhancement treatments was not significantly different from that in the control,but the branch number of the 1625 increased significantly.The yield of the aerial part was decreased slightly in the DZS54,but increased significantly in the 1625.The comprehensive evaluation of cumulative stress response index showed that the 1625 had higher tolerance to radiation than the DZS54.It is concluded that there is an intraspecific difference between these two purple sweet potato cultivars(lines)with different colors in the aerial part under the UV-B radiation enhancement,and the purple sweet potato with the aerial part in purple color is more suitable for planting under the high radiation environment.
