摘 要:为研究生物炭基肥对大豆生长及产量的影响,以化肥处理为对照,设置生物炭基肥3 t(T1)、3.75 t(T2)、4.5 t(T3)和5.5 t(T4)4个处理,研究大豆干物质积累量、根瘤数量、根瘤干重、产量及产量构成因素。结果表明:生物炭基肥能够提高大豆干物质积累量、根系根瘤数和根瘤菌干重,且在生育后期,生物炭基肥效果显著,T3处理的大豆每株粒数、百粒重和产量最高,分别比对照高10.41%、5.54%和7.84%,经济收入增加230.88元/hm2。施用生物炭基肥能够延缓根系衰老、增加根瘤菌数量和重量,提高根系和地上部干物质积累量,最终提高大豆产量,增加经济效益,是较为合理的施肥措施。In order to study the effect of biochar-based fertilizer on the growth and yield of soybean,biochar-based fertilizer was used as basal fertilizer in the field at four levels(T1,3 t;T2,3.75 t;T3,4.5 t and T4,5.5 t)to grow soybean with the chemical fertilizer treatment as control.The dry matter accumulation,nodule number,nodule dry weight,yield and yield components of soybean were analyzed.The results showed that carbon-based fertilizer increased soybean dry matter accumulation,root nodule number and root nodule dry weight,and had a significant effect at the late stage of growth.In treatment T3 the number of soybeans per plant,100-seed weight and yield were the highest,which were 10.41%,5.54%and 7.84%higher than those in the control,and the income increased by 230.88 yuan·ha-1.Carbon-based fertilizer can delay root senescence,increase the number and weight of rhizobia,increase the accumulation of dry matter in roots and above ground and ultimately increase soybean yield.It is a good fertilizer for soybean cultivation.
