摘  要:为了筛选出药食两用的桑品种,运用反相高效液相色潽法测定在海南栽培的31个桑树品种中桑叶的1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)含量。结果表明,海南栽培的31个桑树品种中桑叶DNJ含量具有显著差异,其中强桑2号中DNJ含量最高,为0.368 mg/g,其次是大十、大白珍珠,分别为0.323、0.315 mg/g;黑珍珠桑、桂芒桑、红果5号含量较低,分别为0.062、0.088、0.096 mg/g。强桑2号可作为提取DNJ原料的桑树品种。In order to select suitable mulberry varieties as medicine and edible materials the content of 1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ)in the leaves of 31 representative cultivars of mulberry in Hainan were determined by using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The results indicated that the leaf contents of DNJ in different mulberry cultivars are significantly different.The leaf content of DNJ in mulberry cultivar Qiangsang 2 is 3.68 mg·g-1,which is significantly higher than that of other cultivars.The leaf DNJ content is higher in cultivars Dashi and Dabaizhenzhu than in the rest of the cultivars,which is 3.23 and 3.15 mg·g-1 respectively.The leaf contents of DNJ in the leaves of cultivars Heizhenzhusang,Guimangsang and Hongguosang are relatively low,which are 0.62 mg·g-1,0.88 mg·g-1 and 0.96 mg·g-1,respectively.The cultivar Qiangsang 2 can be used as material for exaction of DNJ.
