摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术护理中的应用。方法选择2018年5月~2020年3月江西省抚州市第一人民医院收治的60例后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用FTS理念护理,比较两组的手术时间、术后出血量、术中体温与术后低体温、寒战的发生率、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组的护理总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后低体温与寒战发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间短于对照组,术后出血量少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的术中体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者治疗中应用FTS理念,可有效改善患者病情,减少术后低体温与寒战发生率,缩短手术时间,缓解术后疼痛,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of fast track surgery(FTS)concept in nursing care of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing mode,while the observation group was given FTS concept nursing.The operation time,postoperative blood loss,intraoperative body temperature and postoperative hypothermia,incidence of shivering,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative hypothermia and shivering in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in intraoperative body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of FTS in the treatment of patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy can effectively improve the patient′s condition,reduce the incidence of postoperative hypothermia and chills,shorten the operation time,relieve postoperative pain,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
