脂必泰胶囊在腹膜透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察脂必泰胶囊对腹膜透析患者血脂、炎症因子和氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月辽宁省葫芦岛市中心医院收治腹膜透析患者85例,按随机数字表法分为对照组42例和观察组43例。两组均予常规治疗,观察组加用脂必泰胶囊。比较两组治疗6个月后三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、及氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平。结果治疗后,对照组TG、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP高于治疗前,HDL-C低于治疗前,观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP低于治疗前,HDL-C高于治疗前,观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组指标SOD、GSH较治疗前升高,MDA较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组SOD、GSH高于对照组,MDA低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脂必泰胶囊可显著改善腹膜透析患者的血脂、炎症因子和氧化应激指标水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhibitai Capsules on serum lipids,inflammatory factors and oxidation stress indexes in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 85 patients with peritoneal dialysis admitted to Huludao Central Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to random number table method,42 cases were divided into control group and 43 cases were observed group,routine treatment was given to both groups,and Zhibitai Capsules was added to the observation group.After treatment for six months three,the acyl glycerin(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and inflammatory factor,interleukin 6(IL-6)and IL-8,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and oxidative stress indicators superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione(GSH)levels were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP were higher than before treatment,and HDL-C was lower than before treatment;in the observation group,TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP were lower than before treatment,and HDL-C was higher than before treatment.After treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,and HDL-C was higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SOD and GSH of the two groups were increased and MDA was decreased(P<0.05),SOD and GSH in observation group were higher than those in control group,and MDA in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhibitai Capsules could benefit from the regulation of blood lipid level of dialysis patients,and improve the level of inflammatory factors and oxidation stress indexes.
