摘  要:发展高技术产业是实现绿色发展的重要抓手,研究高技术产业集聚如何有效提升绿色全要素生产率具有重要的现实意义。基于1998—2018年中国30个省份面板数据,借助STIRPAT模型构建空间计量模型,研究了高技术产业专业化与多样化集聚对绿色全要素生产率影响的时空异质性。结果显示:中国省际绿色全要素生产率的年均增长率为6.51%,技术进步是主要驱动力,江苏、北京、天津发挥标杆作用;高技术产业专业化和多样化集聚均对绿色全要素生产率有显著正向影响,前者促进作用大于后者,且两者具有显著的空间溢出效应;分区域研究显示,中西部地区高技术产业集聚显著提升了绿色全要素生产率,而东部地区多样化集聚因拥塞效应表现为显著抑制作用;从时间角度来看,2016—2018年专业化集聚的促进作用更为突出,多样化集聚对绿色全要素生产率的空间效应由正转负再转正。Developing the high-tech industry is an important driving force to achieve green development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how high-tech industrial agglomeration can effectively improve green total factor productivity.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1998 to 2018,and the STIRPAT model is used to construct a spatial econometric model to explore the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of impacts of high-tech industrial specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration on green total factor productivity.Moreover,the empirical analysis shows that:The average annual growth rate of China’s provincial green total factor productivity is 6.51%,and the technological progress is the main driving force.Meanwhile,Jiangsu,Beijing,Tianjin are pioneers in green total factor productivity and high-tech industrial agglomeration.Both the specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration of high-tech industry have significantly promoted green total factor productivity,and the impact of the former one on green total factor productivity is greater.The spillover effect of specialization and diversification of high-tech industry on green total factor productivity are significant,they not only can promote the green total factor productivity in local regions,but also have a significant positive effect in the adjacent regions.In terms of sub-regions,the agglomeration of high-tech industries in central and western regions has significantly increased green total factor productivity,while the diversification agglomeration in eastern regions has a significant inhibitory effect on green total factor productivity due to congestion effect.From the temporal dimension,specialization agglomeration shows a more prominent promotion effect during 2016-2018,and the spatial effect of diversification agglomeration on green total factor productivity changes from positive to negative and then to positive.
