摘  要:铁基粉末冶金技术在汽车、航天、兵器等行业得到了广泛应用。粉末冶金零件在成型后还需进行少量加工,由于材料自身的特殊性,加工过程中刀具易出现崩刃、剥落、碎断和裂纹等快速失效现象。本文介绍了铁基粉末冶金零件工艺特点及其应用范围,阐述了粉末冶金材料的基本特性和较难加工的原因,较系统地介绍了铁基粉末冶金零件切削特性的研究进展,并结合以往的研究现状对粉末冶金材料的发展前景及切削技术的发展做出总结和展望,对铁基粉末冶金零件的切削优化提出建议。Iron-based powder metallurgy technology has been widely used in various industries,such as automobile,aerospace,weapons and so on.Powder metallurgy parts need a small amount of processing after forming.Due to the particularity of their own materials,the processing problems are also obvious.During the process of processing,the cutting tools have such rapid failure phenomena as chipping,spalling,breaking and cracking.The process characteristics and application scope of iron-based powder metallurgy parts is introduced,and it describes the basic characteristics of powder metallurgy materials,the reasons for difficult machining,and systematically introduces the research progress of cutting characteristics of iron-based powder metallurgy parts.Combined with the research status of previous researchers,the development prospect of powder metallurgy materials and the development of cutting technology are summarized and summarized,some suggestions on cutting optimization of iron-based PM parts are put forward.
