摘 要:针对钛合金飞机结构件难加工特性导致刀具磨损、破损严重的问题,本文研究了电磁强化技术对钛合金铣削加工硬质合金刀具耐用度的影响,通过进行电磁强化可转位刀片铣削加工钛合金槽腔的试验,采集加工过程的切削弯矩数据,观测刀具磨损形貌,绘制了刀具磨损曲线,建立了切削弯矩与切削时间的映射关系。对未电磁强化和电磁强化刀具的耐用度进行对比分析,结果表明:电磁强化处理提高了刀具耐磨性,但是对刀具寿命的作用受刀具结构和切削工况的影响,当硬质合金刀具以稳定磨损为主要失效形式时,电磁强化刀具耐用度提高;当破损为主要失效形式时,电磁强化处理刀具的耐用度变化不大。The severe tool wear and breakage are caused by the difficult-to-machine properties of aircraft titanium alloy structural parts.In this paper,the influence of electromagnetic strengthening technology on the tool life of cemented carbide cutting tools in milling titanium alloys is studied.The experiments of milling titanium alloy pocket parts using indexable inserts are carried out.The bending moment during cutting process is measured,and the tool wear morphology is detected.The tool wear curves are drawn,and the mapping relationship between bending moment and cutting time is established.The comparative analysis of tool lives of electromagnetic strengthened cutters and non-electromagnetic strengthened cutters are also carried out.The experimental results indicate that the electromagnetic strengthening treatment improves wear resistance of the cutting tools,but the effect on tool life is affected by tool structure and cutting conditions.The tool life of the electromagnetic strengthened cutter is improved with stable wear as the main tool failure form while the tool life of the electromagnetic strengthened cutter doesn't change much with breakage as the main tool failure form.
