摘　　要：利用SW6软件对固定管板换热器尤其筒体材料为基层加堆焊层的换热器进行设计时,应考虑堆焊层材料对筒体轴向应力的影响。此外,计算整体设备法兰时,应按照GB/T 150[1]规定考虑腐蚀裕量,也应该考虑堆焊层对法兰应力的影响。When designing the fixed tubesheet exchanger based on SW6,the effect of surfacing material on axial stress of cylinder should be considered especially the shell of exchanger manufactured with based material and surfacing material.In addition,the corrosion allowance should be considered according to GB/T 150 in the process of integral flanges design,also the effect of surfacing material should be considered。
