摘 要:含铬废水由于毒性大,难降解的特点而成为当下水处理技术研究的重点之一。该研究采用生物质为原料制备生物炭,并引入铁基及催化剂合成制备还原性吸附材料,用于处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水。该研究探索了生物炭的制备,铁基生物炭材料的合成过程。其次研究了铁基生物炭吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的机理,再通过动力学和及pH值对吸附量的影响。结果表明铁基生物炭材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合拟二级动力学方程,平衡吸附时间为420 min,最适p H值为3;吸附质在炭材料的表面的分布符合Langmuir模型,其中最大吸附量qm=29.41 mg/g(318.15 K),是生物炭吸附量的6.9倍;是硝酸改性活性炭的5.5倍。这是由于除生物炭的吸附作用外,零价铁对六价铬的还原作用增加了对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除。Chromium-containing wastewater has become one of the focuses of current water treatment technology research due to its high toxicity and difficult degradation characteristics. The research uses biomass as raw materials to prepare biochar,and introduces iron-based and catalyst synthesis to prepare reducing adsorption materials for the treatment of Cr( Ⅵ)-containing wastewater. This research explored the preparation of biochar and the synthesis process of iron-based biochar materials. Secondly,the mechanism of iron-based biochar adsorption of Cr( Ⅵ) is studied,and then the effect of kinetics and p H on the adsorption capacity. The results show that the adsorption of Cr( Ⅵ) by iron-based biochar materials conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,the equilibrium adsorption time is 420 min,and the optimum p H is 3;the distribution of adsorbates on the surface of the carbon materials conforms to the Langmuir model,with the largest The adsorption capacity qm= 29.41 mg/g( 318.15 K),which is 6. 9 times the adsorption capacity of biochar and 5. 5 times that of nitric acid modified activated carbon. This is because in addition to the adsorption of biochar,the reduction of hexavalent chromium by zero-valent iron increases the removal of Cr( Ⅵ).
