摘  要:目的:探寻cntf基因A/G多态性与东北地区部分冰雪体能主导类项群运动员早期选材的相关性。方法:选取东北地区短距离速度滑冰等六个项目共106名优秀运动员为实验组(分为速度型组和耐力型组),普通高校大学生155名为对照组。采用分子生物学PCR-RFLP的方法对其进行测定,对所得的数据进行统计学分析。结果:对照组与速度型组相比cntf基因A/G多态性的基因型频率χ^(2)=6.721,P=0.035(P<0.05);等位基因频率χ^(2)=4.118,P=0.042(P<0.05)。结论:cntf基因A/G多态性可能成为部分冰雪体能主导类速度型项目运动员早期选材的指标,可为我国冰雪运动员的早期选材提供数据参考。Objective:to explore the cntf gene A/G polymorphism as the early selection of athletes in the physical leading athletes of ice-snow of northeast region.Methods:Event group include 106 athletes in northeast region were selected as the experimental group(divided into speed type group and endurance type group).155 college students were selected as the control group.The molecular biology PCR-RFLP method was used to measure the data,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:compared with the control group,the genotype frequency of cntf gene A/G polymorphism in velocity group was χ^(2)=6.721,P=0.035(P<0.05);allele frequency was χ^(2)=4.118,P=0.042(P<0.05).Conclusion:the A/G polymorphism of cntf gene may be used as an index for early selection of speed type athletes in ice-snow sports,which can provide data reference for the early selection of ice-snow athletes in China.
