摘 要:考虑轴承在工作中复杂的受载情况,为了解弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承在偏载工况下的接触特性。基于有限元分析,在均载和偏载两种工况下,对不同填充度的弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承的等效应力、接触应力及剪切应力进行分析和对比。结果表明:在特定工况下,相较于均载工况,滚动体的应力分布不均更严重,应力最大值变大,应力集中严重,应力分布情况与滚动体填充度关系密切;针对具体荷载工况,对滚动体的结构参数和内部构造进行优化,可改善其受力情况。研究可为弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承的工程应用提供参考。In order to understand the contact characteristics of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing under eccentric load,the complex load condition of bearing is considered.Based on the finite element analysis,the equivalent stress,contact stress and shear stress of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing with different filling degrees are analyzed and compared under the conditions of uniform load and partial load.The results show that:compared with the uniform load condition,the uneven stress distribution of the rolling element is more serious,the maximum stress is larger,and the stress concentration is serious.The stress distribution is closely related to the filling degree of the rolling element.According to the specific load condition,the structural parameters and internal structure of the rolling element can be optimized to improve its stress condition.The research can provide reference for the engineering application of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing.
