一种自动穿经机中停经片的处理优化研究

摘　　要：从纱线到织物,需经过络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造、整理等多道工艺,穿经是将经纱穿过停经片、综丝和筘板。相对于手工穿经,自动穿经机生产效率提高了数倍。但在纱线穿过停经片时仍会出现停经片卡顿、掉落等问题,使得自动穿经机停止工作从而降低工作效率。本文从停经片的处理工艺上思考,提出采用针型气缸连接真空吸盘,利用气滑环的定子和转子气路相连的特性对停经片进行处理,本装置准确取出单个停经片,穿经后可稳定传至停经架。和现有的停经片装置相比,本装置大大精简了机构,改善了停经片的处理效果,工作状态更加稳定。From yarn to fabric,it needs to go through many processes,such as winding,warping,sizing,warp threading,weaving and finishing.Warp threading is to pass the warp through the drop wires,heddle and reed.Compared with manual warping,the production efficiency of automatic Drawing-in machine is improved several times.However,when the yarn passes through the drop wire,there will still be problems such as the drop wire stuck,falling and so on,which will make the automatic Drawing-in machine stop working and reduce the work efficiency.Considering from the treatment process of warping plate,this paper puts forward that needle cylinder is used to connect vacuum sucker,and the stator and rotor of air slip ring are used to treat warping plate.The device can accurately take out a single warping plate and stably transmit it to warping frame after threading.Compared with the existing device,the device greatly simplifies the mechanism,improves the processing effect of the drop wires,and makes the working state more stable.
