摘  要:某型船舶甲板起重液压油缸作为重要执行元件,其活塞杆端头为重要受力部位,同时也是设计薄弱环节。创建液压油缸活塞杆及端头的三维模型,通过专用端口连接有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench实施关键部位结构的静应力校核对比分析,选择合适工作姿态对端头底部与支耳进行强度、刚度校核与变形量分析,通过优化方案的分析,选择合适优化方案实施模型有效改进。文中所应用有限元分析思路为船舶机械重要部件的设计校核提供依据和指导。The end of the piston rod is an important part of a certain type of ship deck lifting hydraulic cylinder,and it is also a design weakness.The three-dimensional model for the piston rod end of the hydraulic cylinder is created,and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to implement the static stress check and comparison analysis of the key part structure.Under proper working condition,the strength and stiffness of the bottom of the end head and the support ears are checked and the deformation amount is analyzed.Through the analysis of the optimization plan,the appropriate optimization plan is selected to implement the effective improvement of the model.This finite element analysis provides basis and guidance for the design and check of important parts of marine machinery.
