摘　　要：1959年古巴革命胜利后,古巴政府进行了土地改革,触犯了美国在古巴的利益。1961年1月3日,美国同古巴断交。2015年7月20日,奥巴马与古巴恢复了外交关系,开始两国关系正常化进程。特朗普上台后,改变了奥巴马对古政策,连续开倒车,步步收紧对古巴政策。After the victory of the Cuban Revolution in 1959, the Cuban government carried out land reform, which impacted the interests of the United States in Cuba. On January 3, 1961, the United States broke off diplomatic relations with Cuba. On July 20, 2015, Obama restored diplomatic relations with Cuba, thus started the normalization of the bilateral relations. After Trump came into power, he changed Obama’s policy toward Cuba, driving backwards and tightening his policy toward Cuba step by step.
