摘　　要：文章对全国各地宣传部门与高校共建新闻院系和卓越新闻传播人才培养情况进行了梳理总结,并以红河学院为个案,对在云南省各地州推进部校共建工作的可能性进行阐述。文章认为,充分发挥各地州高校的区域优势和办学特色,大力推动部校共建新闻院系工作,不仅可行,而且对云南整体新闻教育、思想宣传和新闻舆论工作具有重要意义。This paper summarizes the co-construction work of the journalism department and the co-cultivation development of outstanding talents between the publicity department and local universities around China,taking Honghe University as an example to study the possibility of promoting the co-construction of the journalism department in the prefecture level area of Yunnan Province.This paper holds that it is not only feasible to bring the regional advantages and characteristic of local universities into full play,but also of great significance to the totalistic journalism education,ideological propaganda and public opinion work in Yunnan Province.
