摘  要:文章以2019年对安徽省10所349名在校大学生的调查数据为基础,通过Logistic模型对大学生创业能力现状及影响因素进行分析,研究结果表明,56.7%的大学生创业能力得分没有达到“及格线”,创业能力普遍偏低,其中性别、创业教育、创业政策、创业实践、亲朋创业对大学创业能力提升有显著影响。在此基础上提出相应对策:创业政策激励、提升创业教育的针对性和时效性、多种形式开展校园创业实践活动、多途径营造良好的创业氛围。Based on the survey data of 349 college students from 10 universities in Anhui Province in 2019,an analysis was carried out on the status quo and influence factors of the entrepreneurial ability of college students by the Logistic model.The results showed that 56.7%of college students failed to reach“the pass line”in entrepreneurial ability,and the entrepreneurial ability of college students was generally low,whose improvement was significantly affected by gender,entrepreneurial education,policy and practice as well as the entrepreneurship of relatives and friends.On this basis,corresponding countermeasures were put forward,including introducing entrepreneurial incentive policies,improving the pertinence and timeliness of entrepreneurial education,carrying out campus entrepreneurial practice activities in various forms and creating a favorable entrepreneurial atmosphere through multiple channels.
