榆林市640例变态反应性疾病患者过敏原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解榆林市变态反应性疾病患者主要过敏原,分析其流行病学特征。方法选取榆林市第一医院2018年6月至2020年6月共640例变态反应性疾病患者,采用吸入性及食物性过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测试剂盒检测过敏原,并分析其流行病学特征。结果全部研究对象变态反应性疾病过敏原检测特异性lgE抗体均有阳性反应,其中蒿属花粉检出率最高;榆林市变态反应性疾病患者主要发生在7~9月份;0~5岁组病例数比例最高;10岁以下儿童及25~35岁青壮年为高危人群;5~10岁年龄段儿童中男童构成比显著高于女童(P<0.01),25~35岁年龄段中女性构成比显著高于男性(P<0.01)。结论蒿类植物是榆林市的主要过敏原,7~9月份是变态反应性疾病的高发季节,儿童和青壮年为高危人群,且不同年龄段的性别构成比存在差异。Objective To understand the main allergens and analyze epidemiological characteristics of allergic diseases in Yulin city.Methods 640 patients with allergic diseases were selected from June 2018 to June 2020 in The First Hospital of Yulin.The allergens were measured by inhalation and food allergen specific lgE antibody test kit,and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed.Results All specific IgE of allergens test were positive in all cases of allergic diseases.The rate of artemisia pollen was the highest.Allergic diseases mainly occur in July to September.The proportion of cases in the 0~5 age group is the highest.Children under 10 years old and young adults aged 25~35 years old were high-risk groups.In the children aged 5 to 10 years old group,the rate of boys was significantly higher than girls(P<0.01).In young adults aged 25~35 years old group,the rate of women was significantly higher than men(P<0.01).Conclusion Artemisia pollen is the main allergens in this area and allergic diseases mainly occur in July to September.Children and young adults are at high risk with differences in gender composition.
