摘  要:2-吲哚酮和愈创薁衍生物都具有优良的生物活性,将二者合二为一的3-(1-愈创薁亚甲基)-2-吲哚酮预期也具有优良的生物活性。以2-吲哚酮和1-愈创薁甲醛为原料,在室温下,无需惰性气体保护。详细考察了可能影响反应收率的14种类溶剂和16种类碱,最优条件是乙二醇为溶剂、氢氧化钠为碱。获得了高收率的3-(1-愈创薁亚甲基)-2-吲哚酮产物,产物经核磁和质谱表征确认。Indolin-2-one and guaiazulene derivatives have excellent biological activities.3-((Guaiazulen-1-yl)methylene)indolin-2-one, which combines the two skeleton units, is expected to have similarly excellent biological activity too.We use 2-indolinone and guiazulene-1-carboxaldehyde as starting materials at room temperature, without inert gas protection.Fourteen kinds of solvents and sixteen kinds of bases, which may affect the yield of the reaction, were investigated in detail.We find out that the optimum conditions were ethylene glycol as solvent and sodium hydroxide as base.The highly yield of 3-((Guaiazulen-1-yl)methylene)indolin-2-one were obtained and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.
