摘　　要：为实现准确判断聚酯纤维生产中喷丝板是否含有疵点,提高产品质量,设计了一种喷丝板疵点检测系统。该检测系统通过软件控制不同种光源的切换,利用CCD图像传感器来采集喷丝板工作状态,把采集到的多种光源图像通过计算机进行图像处理,将检测到疵点的图像与所对应的喷丝板进行标记存储。通过对现场数据的存储与分析,减少了人工对喷丝板疵点的误判和漏判,准确实现了判别喷丝板是否含有疵点的功能。In order to accurately judge if the spinneret had defects and improved product quality in the existing polyester fiber production,a defect detection system for the spinneret was designed.The detection system controlled the switching of different light sources by software,used the CCD image sensor to collect the working status of the spinneret,processed the images of various light sources by the computer for image processing,and stored the defects image and corresponding spinneret for marking.By storing and analyzing the field data,the detection system reduced the manual misj udgment and omission of the spinneret defects,and realized the function of distinguishing whether the spinneret contained defect.
