摘  要:分析了针织专业人才培养模式存在的问题,针对行业对针织人才的新要求,提出应用“产学研”协同创新育人模式。明确教学目标,重视学生职业能力与综合素质提升,搭建校企合作平台,以职业为导向;更新教学内容和手段,提升针织专业人才培养效果。The problems existing in the knitting professional training mode were analyzed.The application of"industry-universityresearch"collaborative innovation education mode was proposed in accordance with the new requirements for knitting talents,that was to clarify the teaching goals,pay attention to the improvement of students′professional abilities and comprehensive qualities,establish the platform of school-enterprise cooperation,update the teaching content and method,and improve the training effect of knitting professionals.
