摘　　要：优化乡镇政府干部绩效考核机制是发展乡村经济、促进乡村社会进步的需要。本文在分析优化乡镇政府干部绩效考核机制的必要性的同时揭示当前乡镇政府干部绩效考核机制建设中存在的问题,并基于此提出新时期乡镇政府干部绩效考核机制的优化策略,旨在更好地激发乡镇政府干部工作的积极性。Optimizing the performance appraisal mechanism of township government cadres is the need to develop rural economy and promote rural social progress.This paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing the performance appraisal mechanism of township government cadres and reveals the problems existing in the construction of the current performance appraisal mechanism of township government cadres.Based on this,the optimization strategy of the performance appraisal mechanism of township government cadres in the new period is put forward.
