中文数据库中医学人文和叙事医学文献的可视化分析

摘　　要：以医学人文和叙事医学为主题词检索中国知网和中国万方数据库,获得的296篇有效文献作为研究对象。利用CiteSpace和NoteExpress软件分析研究对象的发文趋势、发文机构、核心作者、关键词、关键节点文献。研究发现,关于叙事医学和医学人文的研究文献发文量整体呈上升趋势;研究力量较为集中;关键词聚类分析节点主要集中于文学与医学、平行病历、医学生培养模式、教学模式和共情这几个方面;当前我国关于医学人文和叙事医学的研究侧重于理论的表述,实践应用研究少。Medical humanities and narrative medicine were used as subject words to search CNKI and China Wanfang database,and 296 effective documents were obtained as research objects.CiteSpace and NoteExpress are used to analyze the trend,organization,core author,key words and key node documents of the research object.It is found that the volume of research papers on narrative medicine and medical humanities is on the rise;the research force is relatively concentrated;Key words cluster analysis node mainly focuses on literature and medicine,parallel medical record,medical student training mode,teaching mode and empathy;At present,the research on medical humanities and narrative medicine in China focuses on the expression of theory,while the research on practical application is rare.
